One of the few places on the waterfront to serve brunch, this restaurant specializes in seafood. Brunch service offers such gourmet items as an omelette made with rock shrimp, jack cheese and spinach. Lunch and dinner entrées include Grilled King Salmon, and dried and aged New York Steak. The airy and casual restaurant offers a view of Pier 43 and the wharf. Reservations are recommended for dinner and during the summer months of June through August.

I had the Crab Cioppino, my wife had the Seafood Linguini, and we shared a Combination Louie. All three dishes were delicious and well worth the price. The service could have been better - fill the water and iced tea without being asked. We ate at the Cliff House last week and the food was no where near as good as the Franciscan. We are local so we'll be back often.
The view was amazing but the service was very slow. We waited 10 minutes before the wait even came by and we ordered drinks that came 5 minutes after our appetizer had arrived. The food was good but service was bad that I doubt we will be back.
Just amazing. I moved to Texas 6 years ago and it's nice to come home to familiar places and eat the best food!!! Get a Mai Tai at the bar. Amazing!!!
When you consider the cost, very disappointing! I will never visit again. Great view though!

Delicious food cooked to perfection the restaurant was clean the servers was friendly and professional the strawberry/Banana Sunday was very good.
