One of the few places on the waterfront to serve brunch, this restaurant specializes in seafood. Brunch service offers such gourmet items as an omelette made with rock shrimp, jack cheese and spinach. Lunch and dinner entrées include Grilled King Salmon, and dried and aged New York Steak. The airy and casual restaurant offers a view of Pier 43 and the wharf. Reservations are recommended for dinner and during the summer months of June through August.

Best clam chowder I've ever had and the nicest waiter!!!
I have tried some of the best seafood restaurants in the world and have to say this place is in the average class. Certainly has a great view over the Bay and the service was good. Clam chowder needs much more clams added and less of a potato base. Our meal was tasty but way overpriced for what we ordered.
The crab fondue is to die for... and the butter roasted crab of course.
Best place to eat seafood right on the pier, freshest seafood and a great experience.
Good old school place for crabs. Dinner was great and the view is really nice.

The best crab cakes I've ever had as well as some excellent Dungeness crab and an amazing view of the bay! Well done Franciscan, we will be back for sure.
Not very good service and a little pricey food was good.
