I travelled across the country for Dr Price to perform a cornea transplant & cataract surgery with lenses. He did a wonderful job & I had no problems with a quick recovery. He knows what he’s doing & teaches others how to do it.
Dr Price performed a corneal transplant on me and he did a wonderful job. He is a wonderful Dr. His office staff, however, are the most rude and disorganized I have ever come across. The wait time is hours...5+ hours a few times. The office staff had me leaving in tears several times due to their treatment and rude things they said. I have now switched Drs only because of Dr Prices' staff.

Patient care and service are, and always have been, our top priorities. We understand that interaction between the patient and the doctor is just one aspect of the total patient experience. We have since updated our front office staff and provide ongoing training to members that are committed to providing an exceptional patient experience.
Dr. Price is a wonderful doctor and is so intelligent but if you are looking for an office where you are treated with respect by the clerical staff this is not the office you want to go to. If you choose Dr. Price you will not be disappointed if you can get past the rude and unprofessional clerical staff. He is top notch and have no complaints about him or his work as a professional doctor.
I went to Dr. Price for an ICL consult after being previously told by a different local business that I didn't qualify for lasik. Dr. Price and staff ran me through all the tests and advised me that I was a good lasik candidate, and took the time to discuss recent studies that backed up their opinion and set me at ease on taking their advice. They gave me the option for either procedure, and I went with lasik. It went perfect, I can see 20/20, and Dr. Price's advice saved me about half the cost.
First visit no one contacted my insurance company for over 2 months to find out if my corena transplant was covered. I showed up to 1st appointment and I was there for over 3 hours that day due to the office people not doing there job. Finally got my transplant done now I'm back for my 1 month and again 3 hour visit had me on wrong Dr schedule so had to move to to wait for another room. This office is not reliable and unorganize. Staff isn't friendly and don't seem to care about there customer.
