Genuinely love Dr. Foti. Always a pleasant visit.
Dr Foti was so so at first visit but made me feel he thinks I am a dumb old lady. I wanted to give him a chance but then office workers were rude and mean to me on phone. They acted like I am defective due to disabilities. I was not permitted to say what I was calling about without rude receptionist interrupting. Practice manager was bossy and talked down to me because he is a man. Fired this practice. This is the fifth UPMC primary practice I have tried that discriminates against disabled people.
