This is for his staff who are beyond unprofessional. I was charge an erroneous bill due to the office incorrectly submitting it to the insurance company. One would think that is an easy fix however after several calls (most of which no one ever picked up the phone) and emails, no one followed up on this. Laslty, they now have the audacity to threaten to send the bill to collections when it's entirely their fault. Avoid this place.
Dr Harte was my primary care for 10 years. I saw him 2x. Apparently he only has time for you if you are a frequent visotor. All other times I could only get an appt with a practitioner or young associate. That was tolerable until last week when I made an appt for an injury on tuesday (4 days in advance). I then called the day before to move the time back and was told no problem. When I arrived for my scheduled appt after taking the afternoon off I was told they had no record. Will not return.
Dr Harte is wonderful His staff is NOT! Extremely disrespectful and condescending !
No nonsense, straight forward approach. Frank listens to your concerns and makes good recommendations. The clinical team in his practice are very nice to deal with and take very good care of you.
Very unsympathetic during a difficult time with my father. Would not communicate with my brother who is a physician. Would not recommend this practice.
