Saw him for 5 years. He ignored blood test results that put my life in danger. Thankfully I realized he doesn't care and new dr found the problem after 2 visits. She actually looked at my test results.
Wow, strange to read these reviews...they are the opposite of my experience. I feel very cared for, never wait very long, really like Dr. Harte and the nurse practitioners and the lab staff. I've never had an experience about phones not being answered. Dr. Harte pays close attention when we're talking and asks for further details, explains what is going on very well.
The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. You cannot reach a nurse, receptionist, anyone at this practice. They do not answer the phone. At all. Dr. Harte is nowhere to be seen. Ever. The rudeness by staff here is so incredible I cannot describe. Refill requests can take 3 or 4 days. This place has only, always a couple of practitioners and a couple of nurse assistants (aides) and a very rude guy in the lab. Stay away. Stay far away.
Very UNORGANIZED place, phones are never answered.
The negative reviews ARE about Dr. Harte. He delayed care for my daughter that compromised her getting diagnosed in a timely manner. He outright told me and I quote "if you are not going to use the portal to communicate with us this is not the place for you." Nurses DO NOT return calls until late afternoon, next day or in one case after leaving 3 messages, two weeks later. Results in mostly going to urgent care places or the ER. Where to start... Though it was my first visit, like the saying goes "You only get one chance to make a good first impression" and they did that and then some... The Staff were very nice and the wait was short Robin and Christine were extremely personable and extremely nice... the office was well organized.. Elizabeth the MA there was very cool... Absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t go there if you are well and definitely not if you are having any issues. Completely incompetent staff.
I have always been a little nervous when it came to seeing a new doctor, especially at a new place I never been to before. I am 26 years old and was recommended by my health insurance to try Well-life. I am beyond thankful for that recommendation because the staff and doctors are hands down the best. I feel comfortable and open, engaged, welcomed and listened too. I would tell all my family/friends to come here. I don't feel judged and I feel open enough to face health issues to get better.10/10
Dr. Harte not only is a great doctor but also a great person. He is also surrounded by a great staff. Accomidating, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I've been a patient for many years and have never been disappointed. I felt that i should share this with everyone. Sincerely, Michael Haller
