I always enjoy complete confidence in Dr. Harte and his excellent staff.
My family has received all our health care from Janet Pellegrino, NP for over 30 years. All the Well Life staff we encounter are kind and professional. Robin is always so patient and helpful at scheduling our appointments. In the office, the visits run on time and you never feel rushed. All of our health needs are addressed. This practice is truly a gem!

Harte was my PCP as well as my father's when he was affiliated with Salem Hospital. I once got bloodwork results in which numbers matched the numbers of our respective home addresses. Did someone just plug in numbers instead of actually doing the bloodwork? The last time I had a physical with him, I was in position for a prostate exam and he just said "done" without doing anything. Harte has been my PCP for two years, and I've seen him for two annual physicals. I found him uncaring, uninterested, tone-deaf, and a bit condescending. My impression is that he was going through the motions, but not actually interested or present. I was not comfortable with him either time and felt somewhat fat-shamed.
I have been a patient of Dr. Harte and his staff for almost 25 years. I have to say he and the staff have always exceeded my expectations. Always friendly, caring and on top of my health concerns. I write this review today because I was recently reminded how well I am cared for by my doctor, his staff and this practice when I get really sick. They are amazing, all of them. I am fairly new to the practice. Such a great experience from start to finish. I can't say enough about the staff. Incredibly friendly, very efficient and knowledgeable. I am honestly shocked by some of the reviews. I have never been to an office that made me feel so comfortable and welcome. From the front office staff to the providers. Not a very caring doctor, ridicules you and is condescending. Not compassionate one bit.
Been seeing Dr harte for 20years just a great Dr and friend always asking about my family we talk for about 15mins before I tell him about my health we spend more time talking sports and politics than my health issues just a super man and a friend with my medical problems I can always count on him keep those Irish eyes smiling Dr harte Lol
