Every one is wonderful at the office, very efficient staff, Dr harte's treatment is excellent he takes his time and listens. I would highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Harte and his nurse practioner's are wonderful. I have been a patient at the office for about 7 years. Staff has changed a bit over time but the people who are there now have been nothing short of amazing. Very accommodating, professional, comfortable environment. They treat you like family not just another patient. Would highly recommend the office.
I cannot say enough about the compassion, professionalism and efficiency the staff of Well Life Medical possess. Dr. Harte and his NPs are beyond amazing. I am a new patient to the practice and my only regret is not going to Well Life sooner. It is the most welcoming and relaxing medical office I have ever been to. Top notch!! Well done Well Life staff.
I love Well-Life. The doctors are very well informed as well as the nurse practitioners and all of the administration. The people are incredibly friendly and are here for you and your specific needs. There is so much to offer there within most realms of holistic healing (i.e. reiki, massage, acupuncture, nutrition therapy, etc). If you are working towards a healthier lifestyle and arenin neednof solid direction, try Well-Life Medical with Dr. Harte and Dr. Lernhart!
I was a patient there for 2+ years and never met Dr. Harte. The Nurse Practitioner was nice, but the office is SO UNORGANIZED. I literally left messages for a month trying to get someone to call me back with test results and they never did. Finally heard from someone apologizing after 6 weeks! I gave them another chance, I called to make an appointment, left a voicemail twice, and AGAIN never heard back from anyone. So I had no choice but to switch to a new Doc. Bad experience overall.
The Negative reviews are not about Dr. Harte. They have to do with communication. In the billing situation a copy of the pt's card or a call to his insurer could have cleared up the bookkeeping. This does not go describe or evauate Dr. Harte's professional treatment. He is excellent in all dimensions.
I have been a patient of Dr Hartes for over 25 years and would not hesitate to recommend both him and his extended staff.
Excellent office, great staff .
I like Frank as a person, but his office is in SHAMBLES. I was treated for heart attack like symptoms and transported to Salem Hospital at 3 AM and it took his office until 3:43 PM to call me back. Good forbid I actually needed medical help from my primary physician. They DON'T even answer the phone. 37 calls to their office and the only person who picked up (call #21) put me into a voice mail. Incompetent and possible negligent. Februay 2018
