I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Francis Collision Centre! Francis Collision did an amazing job on my car. James patiently work alongside with me and always make sure to update on my car. Communication was definitely on point.
I recommend this place because they did a amazing job on my car and in such a timely manner. I took my car in on Monday and it was done by Wednesday. They also kept me up to speed on what was going on and made sure to answer any questions I had. I had to get a rental and they did all the work for me. I felt stress free and care out smiling cause I was taken care of and the car looks like nothing even happened to it. I’ve already been telling everyone about this place cause I definitely recommend it to anyone.
Francis Collision Centre is the most excellent service, when it comes to customers, and the quality of their work is beautiful. James Sanborn was my estimator, he was very friendly, welcoming. James communicate clearly, explained the process keep it simple and easy. Rental car transition easy & simple. used them to repair my truck after a collision. work was so shoddy and they ended up frying my alternator, both batteries and multiple electrical items . dented the hood and tried to deny it. after multiple times I finaly had the vehicle taken to a another shop. took over 5 months to get it fixed correctly... I will never use this body shop again
We’ve had to use Francis a couple times and they never disappoint. They always do GREAT work. And the girls at the front desk are always in a great mood. Even when the lobby is full.
Easy check-in, serviced before the end of the weekend. If you didn't know it was hit, you couldn't tell.
Took them 2 days to fix my car. It was quick checking in my car for repairs. They kept me updated on all the repairs. This is my third time using Francis collision centre for repairs and all three times I’ve been happy with the service!!
