Great customer service. Everyone is super friendly. Work completion time was relatively fast and they notified me everyday via text and voicemail letting me know the status. The end result was amazing. Quality work and they detailed my car inside and out before I picked it up.
I have never seen a collision repair facility like Francis Collision Centre. Almost everyday they kept me updated on the status of my car. Every time the person called I was will inform and they are extremely nice. The staff at the facility are all extremely kind and very professional. After driving my newer car for only 2 months it was hit in a parking lot....grr! This was my first time in a collision, geico set my appointment to drop off my car here, and the service was incredible. I appreciate how well they communicated with me. The repairs took a little longer than the original estimate, but they were very honest in their explanations. The delay wasn't their fault- the dealer initially sent the wrong parts. They worked with the insurance company so I didn't have to, and also returned my rental car for me when I was ready to pick up my van. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.
