RecommendedIt's a collision repair shop. What do you expect? Lol! Ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable and welcoming. Nothing but smiles. The mechanics were also extremely thorough in explaining the estimate. Though not necessary, I thought the phone calls providing constant updates were very beneficial.
RecommendedWhat a easy experience getting my car repaired. My insurance rep and the rent a car rep were both there on site. I was able to get everything taken care of in just minutes. My car was complete in 1.5 days and looks beautiful. The even gave it an inside/outside wash. I RECOMMEND FRANCIS COLLISION and will never go anywhere else.
