It's a collision repair shop. What do you expect? Lol! Ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable and welcoming. Nothing but smiles. The mechanics were also extremely thorough in explaining the estimate. Though not necessary, I thought the phone calls providing constant updates were very beneficial.
What a easy experience getting my car repaired. My insurance rep and the rent a car rep were both there on site. I was able to get everything taken care of in just minutes. My car was complete in 1.5 days and looks beautiful. The even gave it an inside/outside wash. I RECOMMEND FRANCIS COLLISION and will never go anywhere else.
My husband Frank has used them 2x's now and has been extremely satisfied. Our insurance wanted us to use another company but my husband is very picky about who touches his car, because he was highly satisfied the first time he told the insurance he was only going to use Francis Collision. Francis Collision has the most courteous and friendly staff that I have ever done business. They also do excellent work i a very timely manner. We will be taking all of our cars to them.
I was very satisfied with Francis Collision Center. The staff was extremely friendly and easy to work with. They got my car in within a week and had it done the day after I dropped it off. My car looks as good as new.
In the stressful experience of a car accident, it’s nice to be able to rely on a business like Francis to provide excellent service and keep you updated throughout the repair process. Everyone is extremely friendly and they do great work. I take my car there every time I’m in an accident. Would definitely recommend!
