I was very pleased with the quality of work and the extremely professional service I received. They will keep you updated via text message each step of the process. They are also very prompt and had my car ready a couple days earlier than estimated.
I took my car there through a Geico claim (someone backed into my car when I was out of town) and this was the easiest experience I've ever had with car repair. They offered the option to pick up the rental there when you drop your car off, so you don't have to worry about finding a ride. They were quick, efficient, and did a great job on the repair. 10 out of 10, would use them again.
I have used Francis Collision Centre for years now and I would not take my car anywhere else. They are efficient, friendly and keep you updated all the time. The thing that I like the most is their promptness, they truly work in your car with urgency. I have no complaints at all regarding them, I highly recommend it.
