Getting a second opinion for a cataract surgery that was suggested by someone else was a fantastic experience. After examining me for roughly ten times as long using technologies I had never seen before, Dr. Clark concluded that I had early glaucoma and macular degeneration and did not require cataract surgery. He is an incredibly talented surgeon and kind person
Dr. Clark provided the best treatment and care that I have ever received from a physician, anywhere. He has just amazing.
If you have a parent who has dementia, I highly recommend this doctor. Due to the extremely cruel and uncaring attitude that the eye doctor shown toward my mother, we had to leave two previous practices. There was no sympathy and a rush of care. When we first entered Dr. Clark's office, the level of care and thorough examination we received was exceptional. The compassion and consideration that Dr. Clark showed to my mother made it all worthwhile. 'Who was that nice man?' my mother asked me as we were leaving.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Francis Clark for a number of years. He is intelligent and perceptive physician. Beyond the eyes, he is really interested about elderly people and stays up to date on the latest knowledge. He has addressed many of my issues about my general health, including high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Compared to other doctors, he spends a lot of time with me. Many reviewers have mentioned how thorough and in-depth Dr. Clarke's eye exam is. I can 100% vouch for this from personal experience. Dr. Clarke directed me to Wills Eye Philadelphia after noticing a questionable mole in the back of my eye during my first appointment. Thankfully, the Wills Eye expert after hours of testing, believed that it would just need to be monitored for the time being. I would like to share an experience my husband and I had at a nearby hospital. He suffered several injuries in an automobile accident. One of our complaints was that despite our repeated calls to the staff ophthalmologist, the eye pain was not being treated. Great surgeon. Office not great! Long story short, I need a script for my left eye for a contact lens. They gave me a eye glasses script by mistake! 5 phone calls and a personal visit to the Hatboro office and I still don't have the Script???? Seems like they could just email it to me? OR CALL ME and I will order the contacts through them ? VERY FRUSTRATED!
