I strongly recommend Dr Clarke for cataract evaluations.He clearly reinforced my common sense that no cataract surgery was needed.I was a week away from cataract surgery elsewhere and did not understand the need.This Dr is ethical and very very thorough.
Dr. Clark and his group are fantastic. We will never switch that practice even though we now reside three hours away from their office because we can't locate a doctor with his same commitment and expertise elsewhere after trying several. I'm so appreciative of the attention we get.

I would recommend strongly to anyone if you are told you need cataract surgery to see Dr. Clark for his opinion. He saved me from unnecessary cataract surgery, and that was over 5 years ago. I never needed it. He is very trustworthy.
Evidently, not every eye surgeon use the same technologies. I saw Dr. Clark following a poor outcome from my initial cataract procedure. My procedure with Dr. Clark took less than ten minutes, and he was able to restore my reading vision, as well as treat my glaucoma and astigmatism, giving me 20-20 vision. My prior surgeon left me with worse vision and did not address any of these problems. Not even a word. As a bonus, Dr Clark bedside manner is just amazing.
Finding Dr. Fran Clark was a godsend. I've been complaining about my vision being fuzzy for about two years. It took me to visit 6 doctors until I found Dr. Clark. His fear of a stroke brought me to the emergency room. I had both of my carotid arteries cleaned out after two emergency surgeries because I had 85% blockages and was only days away from having a stroke. My life was saved by this doctor.
I was so relieved to findaveryattentiveophthalmologist .After seeing him, all of my years of blindness fears were put to rest. Dr. Clark was very receptive, professional and kind. I am very grateful to Dr. Clark and his entire team.
At last, a physician who actually spent time explaining the tests conducted and the results.A huge benefit was that he spent a lot of unrushed time discussing my eye concerns with me. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Clark's care. I have been using his services for more than 20 years. Assisting patients, Dr. Clark will go above and above. His ability to listen to you and understand your needs makes him the best doctor you'll ever meet. It's quite difficult to get experience with that level of excellence in the medical area. Without him, I don't know what I would do.
