Many reviewers have mentioned how thorough and in-depth Dr. Clarke's eye exam is. I can 100% vouch for this from personal experience. Dr. Clarke directed me to Wills Eye Philadelphia after noticing a questionable mole in the back of my eye during my first appointment. Thankfully, the Wills Eye expert after hours of testing, believed that it would just need to be monitored for the time being. I would like to share an experience my husband and I had at a nearby hospital. He suffered several injuries in an automobile accident. One of our complaints was that despite our repeated calls to the staff ophthalmologist, the eye pain was not being treated. Great surgeon. Office not great! Long story short, I need a script for my left eye for a contact lens. They gave me a eye glasses script by mistake! 5 phone calls and a personal visit to the Hatboro office and I still don't have the Script???? Seems like they could just email it to me? OR CALL ME and I will order the contacts through them ? VERY FRUSTRATED!
Dr. Clarke is talented, personable, and highly efficient. I was amazed at how much had changed after my cataract surgery—the next day, I had perfect vision and could read. I had no idea how much my eyes had gotten worse over time. The staff is friendly and well-trained. The building is maintained and neat.Dr. Clarke comes highly recommended.
