This is a very lovely and professional establishment. There was no wait at all, which is unusual for a medical service. It was really convenient and simple to schedule an appointment. The staff is fantastic. They made me feel as if I was the most important person on the planet.
Amazing eye exam with an amazing doctor resulting in amazing vision after cataract surgery
Since I have been going to Dr. Fran James Clark for 10 years as my eye provider, they have always taken care of my needs and provided excellent care. I have regular checkups as recommended and they go smoothly. In times of acute need, they are very responsive and work with me accordingly. This doc is a through back to yesteryears of the country/house calling doctor who is into medicine to help others, not$$$.
Whenever I have any eye issues, Dr. Francis Clark is always available to listen and provide input. He is knowledgeable and understanding. The entire office staff is also very professional, making doctor's visits easy. He returned my phone call last night, the eve before Thanksgiving when I am sure he was busy with family time. This is a very compassionate doctor.
My experience with Dr. Clarke was excellent. He was friendly and I felt welcome, and he ended his exam with an opportunity for me to ask any questions that I might have. I would recommend him highly.
The kind care given to my husband with dementia and Parkinson by Dr Francis Clark recently was incredible and rare. He treated my husband like he was the most important patient with total focus and never seen personal care. My husband has never been so well treated by any doctor. Bless this doctor and his staff.
Thanks to a friend referring me to Dr. clark for dry eye treatment, I was at a crossroads after years of taking medication. I wanted to try to get relief after 10 years of false, disappointing depressing exams and was introduced to him. I have not felt this good for 10years, I am talking within 48 hrs. It's an amazing experience...you feel as if you have a healing soul totally dedicated to you. Amazing listening skills, compassion, emotional intelligence off the chart.
Dr Clark is the very best. Those who work there are sensational; they are very knowledgeable about the entire concept of caring in the health care realm. They are simply the best.
When I didn’t get a good outcome from my first cataract surgery my surgeon blamed it on my previous Lasik surgery which he did. I had my second cataract surgery done by Dr Clark and the outcome and vision is spectacular. I realized why because Dr Clark used better technology in his office and at the surgery center.
