My first visit to the office was a success. Everyone was extremely pleasant, friendly, and considerate. The office personnel was extremely helpful and polite. Dr. Clark took his time to listen to all of my concerns and then devised a strategy. I strongly advise you to go to them for all of your eye care requirements. This is the best doctor I've ever seen...he has such a compassionate, down-to-earth demeanor.
I have been going to Dr. Clark for 5 years. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. They are also very efficient, I always receive a call back within 2 hours if I had left a message. And prescriptions are always sent immediately to the pharmacy.
I visited the emergency room at Phoenixville Hospital on Christmas Eve after scratching my cornea on the Christmas tree. Dr. Clark was called and saw me late in the evening in his office. The emergency room doc was surprised that Dr. Clark would be so kind. They were ready to send me to Wills Eye Emergency in Phila. Dr Clark was so engaged and called me on Christmas to see how I was feeling.
He takes the time to explain things in layman's terms rather than medical jargon. Takes the time to answer your inquiries! Most physicians rush you in and out, leaving you to wonder what they were talking about! He is a fantastic doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. He is the only doctor who can compare to him. I truly love this doctor. I have been searching him for many years.
Excellent staff, short wait, questions answered. Dr. Frances Clark is thorough, pleasant and I've been his patient for years. Your safety (Covid) is taken very seriously.
Having been here for five years, I found Dr. Francis to be a good doctor. The staff is always friendly and polite. The front desk staff has been helpful and polite. He keeps a professional attitude at all times, but yet so down to earth.
I am very impressed by the ethnic diversity of this medical practice. The care I received by Dr Francis Clark was very compassionate. The staff is well trained in caring customer service.
Dr Clark is very open to discussion and does not rush the appointment. He is the most caring of doctors.
This staff is fantastic. They're kind and they listen to you. I've visited the office a number of times, and I've always liked it. I recommend this office ten out of ten times
