In spite of the pandemic, the office flow was well organized. There was next to no waiting around and advanced technology was used. I was surprised by the amount of time Dr Clark spent with me for my examination.
Dr. Clark is amazing. He has taken great care of my eye health and he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It is rare to find a doctor who combines personal touches and care for a patient with the best medical care. I would recommend becoming his patient.
Every member of the staff was pleasant, friendly, and professional. Dr. Clark was really patient with me and patiently addressed all of my questions. There is no wait time, and the office is lovely and well-equipped.
Since I'm a physician, I'm quite sensitive to the way an office works and how professionals treat their patients. Dr. Clark and his staff have been pleasant to work with, anticipating all my concerns and answering all my questions. While examining me Dr Clark had no idea I was a physician, and treated me with professionalism and compassion that we physicians all try to express
Even though the new clinic is still being set up, the efficiency has been great. I have had three appointments over the past three weeks and havebeen called in on time each time. There is one staff member who has been particularly helpful.

I witnessed in real time my wife Donna's annual diabetic eye exam. She has had many of these in the past, but Dr. Francis Clarke provided her with the most informative and comprehensive explanation she has ever received. The technology was truly amazing.
The staff was very professional, organized, and courteous. The office was immaculately kept, with a system for cleaning and seating that kept everyone away from contagious germs. Dr. Frances Clark was great, very knowledgeable, and thorough. I had a great experience there.
I am forever greatful to have Dr Clark see me @ Doylestown Hospital last week to remove a foreign body from my eye. I immediately became pain free. This kind doc saw me @ 1am. Decent person besides excellent doctor
