Today I had an urgent need to visit the office in North Wales. A lovely staff saw me in under ten minutes. The effectiveness and thoroughness of the exam conducted by the personnel amazed me. Then, Dr. Clark saw me. He was an incredible gem of a doctor and made me feel like I was the only patient he had that day. He truly has the talent of concentration and can really listen to your issues. A doctor of this kind is difficult to find elsewhere.
I always felt extremely comfortable and well-cared for because everyone, from the front desk to the technicians, was very competent and gentle in handling the complete experience. I must remark that Dr. Clark helped me put on my coat and picked up my cane and purse at the end, which was a very thoughtful gesture for an elderly woman and one I'll never, ever forget. I hugged him; he has wonderful, comforting hugs. In the medical industry, Dr. Clark and his team are invaluable!
I don't typically leave reviews, but I felt the highest level of professionalism the moment I came in. I hadn't had an eye exam in a while, but Dr. Clark made it quite simple for me. But more significantly, he went into great length to describe every component of the eye as well as the conditions we should be on the lookout for moving ahead. Without a doubt, I'd suggest Dr. Francis J. Clark and his team.

Dr. Clark is the most thoughtful, attentive, and kind doctor I have ever encountered. With his skillful cataract surgery, I couldn't be happier with my multifocal 20/15 vision.
Really efficient. I show up when I'm supposed to. Within five minutes, I received a callback. At no point was I kept waiting for longer than two minutes. Francis Clark, the doctor, took the time to hear about my worries, go over my choices, and consider my preferences. Less than an hour after arriving, I left. I also underwent the most comprehensive eye exam I've ever had.

A gentleman, Dr. Clark is. The pressure to have my cataract surgery for several years caused me to leave another practice. The intrusive phone calls were the main reason for my departure. Visit Dr. Clark, who determined that I had early-stage cataracts and who helped me see better by adjusting my spectacles. Furthermore, he discovered that I have glaucoma through testing that I've never had before. He has an engaging and friendly personality overall.
