The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. My appointment was scheduled around my work schedule. The setting appeared to be comfortable. The wait time was reasonable. Outstanding care was provided. Dr. Clark was friendly and compassionate. He went into great depth to make sure I understood everything. My overall experience should be evaluated as excellent at this office.

We moved to the area a little over 2 years ago and had to find new doctors. I found Dr. Clark and couldn't be more grateful. His practice is so thorough and staff is great. Above all, Dr. Clark is warm, caring, and comforting. He recently performed eyelid surgery on me and everything from start to finish has been a great experience. I am very grateful that I sought a second opinion from Dr. Francis Clark in North Wales. I was informed that I needed cataract surgery elsewhere and would have to pay for uninsured laser technology. Come see Dr. Clark, who correctly determined that since my cataracts were minor, all I required was a new pair of glasses. He also discovered a mole in my retina that had previously been completely undetected.
Simply, the very best physician I have ever seen. The best!

Due to insurance issues, I changed to Francis Clark's treatment in Hatboro. He discovered a fairly sizable mole in my eye, which is now being monitored at Wills Eye Hospital in Center Philadelphia for possible melanoma. The Wills Eye expert asserts that all of my previous neighborhood ophthalmologists overlooked this because it has been around for a long. During your visit, Dr. Clark takes great care and time to give you the best eye examination he is able to. Without a doubt, he is the finest!
Dr. Clark is unlike any other doctor I have ever had because he treats me like an individual, he has my best interests at heart, I absolutely trust his judgment, I respect his thoughts, and he is one of the few medical professionals who takes the time to hear me out and consider what I have to say.
