Dr. Fran Clark is a top medical professional.He is really helpful and pays close attention. He is approachable and sympathetic. He is competent and provides clear explanations. On top of everythig else, he is very honest and prevented me from having unnecesary glaucoma and cataract surgery 10 years ago, and I still don't need surgery.
