Dr. Clarke is a compassionate individual who genuinely cares about his patients. I Cannotsay the same thing about every other doctorIvisit. He mixes technical proficiency and technical skillswith a human touch.
Francis has been my physician for many years. He's the best; he's very professional, he gives you all the time you need, and most importantly, he cares. Learns about you on a personal level. I strongly recommend.
Dr. Francis Clark is, in my opinion, an exceptional physician. His education, capacity to treat and care for patients place him among a select group of doctors. Being a surgical nurse, I have seen a lot of cataract surgeons, therefore I was glad to choose Dr. Clark for my procedures. With regard to technology, he is at the forefront of the cutting edge. He has the most impressive bilateral dexterity of any surgeon I've ever seen. Nearly two separate brains operate his hands. Last but not least, he is the most respectful and compassionate surgeon you will ever meet.
This is my first time seeing Dr. Clarke. I've never had such a high-quality eye exam with such cutting-edge equipment. I also saw Dr. Clarke as the ideal example of a caring physician committed to excellence. He's incredible.
Regarding Dr. Clark, I can't emphasize enough how talented a doctor he is. He spends the time to hear my worries, clarifies every detail of my care, and puts me entirely at ease. I consider myself lucky to have him as my physician.

My wait for an appointment with this doctor was many weeks due to his high demand. The nurse is wonderful and very helpful. Everything I had read about and hoped for came true. I anxiously anticipate my follow-up visits.
Thank goodness, I came upon Dr. Clark, who recognized a rare illness I had been battling for years. I am now receiving specialized care at Penn because the illness is reportedly fatal in the long run. I visited numerous eye physicians while carrying this until I connected with Dr. Clark, who was the best fit.

I had less than a five minute wait for a scheduled routine appointment. The staff is very professional, pleasant and efficient. Dr.Clark spent as much time as I wanted discussing my issues and also inquiring about other aspects of my life and family. He personally called me the next day to discuss my test results and also sent me a hard copy of them.
