DR clark is a very gentle kind man who puts his patients care and ultimate outcome first.
Dr. Clark is all around excellent. He exceeded all of my expectations. He was very thorough in every aspect of the procedure, from the initial evaluation through the surgery and recovery period. He patiently explained everything in detail and completely answered all of my questions. I would recommend anyone who have eye needs to schedule an appointment with Dr. Clark.
Dr Clark is one of the most qualified doctors I have seen. Traveling a great distance do to very happy family in Phila. Area who are patients, I made the right choice for my cataract surgery. A skilled seasoned surgeon with the rare combo of compassion, competence, cutting edge. The exam was the most thorough.
My new eye doctor is Francis Clarke. He is honest and approachable. My previous eye doctor was scheduling simultaneous cataract and.glaucoma surgery, no options, this is the way it is. Not feeling to the core if this was the way to go, I saw Dr Clarke for his thoughts. He performed a Slt laser treatment, has me off my drops, and Felt I had years before needing cataract surgery. I did get a third opinion by Glaucoma Specialist at Wills Eye, who confirmed Dr Clarke's approach .
I have been visiting with him for 5 years as I have a complicated chronic eye condition. Saw 4 doctors before him; they couldn't figure out what I had. He is very knowledgeable and stays informed on the latest treatments. Hard to believe there is a better eye doctor.
I am not one to write reviews but this doctor deserves to be recognized. My ophtomlogist confirmed my suspicions that I needed my lens removed for my nasty cataracts had hardened. Next thing I knew he turned into a car salesman, barely examining my eye but spinning my head with all sorts of "packages". And I liked this doc for the last 10 yrs of seeing him. I was recommended to DR Clark by my pastor and friends. Bottom line: I only need the lense covered by my insurance.
great all around doc, empathetic, on the ball. very well schooled on new proceedures. has a large caring staff to help with all your needs. several other docs on staff to specialize in your individual needs.
I wanted to share my experience with this doctor and staff. I recently had cataract surgery x2 by Dr Francis Clark. On both occasions everyone I encountered at the office and surgery center of Abington from beginning to end was most professional, caring , and efficient. The expertise of dr. Clark and the final results were incredible. He humbly gave credit to the staff he worked with. That speaks a lot for this doctor and staff. Thank you!
I am a surgical nurse and did extensive research to pick the cataract surgeon for my parents. Both were recently performed at the Blue Bell Surgery Center by Dr Francis Clark. The staff in the office and center were outstanding. I can appreciate a surgeon who is very skilled and competent yet conservative, non pushy, patient, compassionate.
