Dr Fran Clark is the most dedicated, caring doctor I have taken care of me. He always treats me as a human being and has not lost the personal touch in medicine. I get his undivided attention when I am in his office. Front desk needs improving
Dr. Clarke solved a problem with my vision for which I have given up hope after other evaluations.. He took such a dedicated interest in my case, asked directed questions, showed great empathy and insight. The result has transformed my life. I give the highest recommendations.. He takes the time to understand patients' needs and is incredible personable.
After a bad result with another surgeon, I had my second eye performed by Dr Clark. Apparently both were done with same laser technology, but the Clark eye sees perfectly. He was able to correct my astigtism, reading, with less costs, faster surgery, and a much better experience. He trated me as a person , not a nuisance.
I have had 2 successful cataract surgeries with this practice recently, specifically with Dr Clark and his terrific assistants Ashley and June. The surgeries were very easy from a patient perspective and recovery was immediate. It is very comforting to have a doctor so highly regarded by his colleagues at the Wills Eye Surgery Center. I am a triathlete so it is a wonderful gift to no longer need contacts and glasses. The quality of my life is so vastly improved.
It is reassuring to know that doctors like Dr Clark are around. After being told that my cataracts were "beyond ripe" and needed immediate care with surgery, I was fortunate to see Dr Clark for another opinion. After a most extensive exam he reassured me that the surgery was totally optional. Since I was seeing well,he recommended waiting until my vision worsened.
So it took me a while to track down this doc About 1 year ago I was stuck on the Pa turnpike with a flat tire raining cold scared and not sure what to do A man in scrubs pulled up say hello and told me he could help He fixed my tire gave me his cell and told me he was a phone call away He told me he fixed many a tire in his youth I was never to truly able to say thank you as I was totally bewildered Thank you Dr Francis Clark!!!
I would strongly lead all to Dr. Clark to any individual requiring cataract surgery. It was the 3rd evaluation as I wanted to explore the best choice in surgeons . This was the most professional, detailed exam I have ever had in 60 years, with tests I was never exposed to. He was a very pleasant person to talk to, but also very professional and ethical as well. No effort to "upgrade" to special gold packages that required an outlay of uncovered insurance services. I felt I was in very good ha
Absolutely first rate, fantastic surgeon, and a true gentlemen. Amazing results from a very complicated surgery with only 1 eye. Did my research before choosing him.
I am so honored to write this review of the kindness, dedication, professionalism of Dr Clark. I went to emergency room at an unnamed hospital for very blurred vision. They found nothing and were ready to send me home. A call from Dr Clark insisting on further testing found a hole in my heart I must of had my entire life. The docs in ER couldn't be more apologetic but at least they listened to Dr Clark... I am totally humbled and appreciative of this doctor.
