I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
