Hello one and all. I have eaten at Francesca's on many occasions. I'm now retired and find myself eating out most of the time and this is my favorite place to eat. I have my favorite dishes of course but today because it's Friday I figured I'd order the fish sandwich special. WOW !! I ordered the chicken riggies Friday..loved the sauce and bell peppers but the chicken killed it..it was cube rubbery chicken..it reminded me of frozen dinner with chicken..not good..I expected nice moist chicken...I had to pick out all the chicken..my kids wouldn't even eat it..i don't live far and am disappointed..I would order again just noodles and sauce,maybe shrimp...but my husband doesn't want to order again...I posted on your site..but now can't find it..so hopefully you see this...a fresh chicken breast would just b... read more
The food is excellent and the portion size is huge and the price is fair. The food was so fresh.
Not that I wouldn’t not recommend Francesca’s but the so called manager was very rude to me on the phone just now. Not very professional at all just because I didn’t have my credit card payment in my hand for her to take my payment over the phone. I’m sorry but the tone in her voice and her choice of explanation when I asked to speak to the manager was very unprofessional.
