the price for a large specialty pizza is 1999 but a small 12in gluten-free pizza with the same toppings on it is 2350. It's a smaller size why should it cost so much more for the toppings when with just cheese it's 1499. it's ridiculous I will never be back and because I went with the bead Society group that meets once a month right behind your place none of us will be back after the meeting in the future.
RecommendedHighly recommend the Brooklyn sandwich, or just the Utica greens if you’re not into breads. Francesca’s is always great and a place to stop when in the Syracuse area. Cheers from Canada!
REALLY disappointing! Came in after lunch rush, most tables were not picked up. Short staffed today. Food was lukewarm and NOT up to Francesca's standards. Salad was clearly a left-over.. wilted lettuce,dried up atitichokes, meat and cheese melted together-should have never left the kitchen!Salad dressings were horrible-tried two Garlic knots just sat in a pool of melted butter, no garlic flavor at all.Didn't mind $70 for lunch, if the quality associated with the Francesca's brand were present-it was not😒. Worst italian food ever. Meal looked like it had been sitting in a pot of boiling water all day. Gnocchi was total mush along with the spaghetti. My meatball had a big ball of fat and grizzle in the middle of it. Totally unedible. Sauce wasnt even sauce. Sparse. Garlic knots looked good but had zero flavor. I couldnt even finish it. coupled with the echos in the dining room from the old ponderosa, we left without finishing. Francesca’s has excellent chicken saltimbocca and a unique seafood righties with shrimp and scallops. Their meatballs are fantastic!
