My family often ate here because they have fair prices and food is delicious. Most recently, we had food catered for my son’s baptism. They did not give me the correct order after confirming twice. The manager wasn’t available to speak to the day the order was received which is fine. However, knowing the situation they did not attempt to follow up. The attitude of the staff is awful and is downright rude to it's customers. I hope their business suffers from their wanton lack of tact and good business sense. If they truly wish that people that don't like their restaurant never come back, they will be out of business before long. Good riddance.
We had Francesca's cater my wife's birthday party this weekend and the food was absolutely outstanding. I spent all week talking up the chicken riggies and they did not disappoint. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to my schedule and the food met and surpassed all expectations. Great work, food was a big hit!
