RecommendedOrdered from here for the first time yesterday and it was delicious...look forward to ordering and dining in sometime. Riggies were phenomenal and pizza was amazing. Definitely would recommend!
Great service and great food!
Francesca’s was able to fill an catering order for me with less than 24 hours notice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The menu items were true to size and we had plenty of leftovers. Prices were very reasonable and the order was ready on time. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Just when I thought your food couldn’t get any better I tried your new chocolate marshmallow cookie dough dessert!! It is out of this world!!
I will never, ever eat in there again! Ordered food online, got home, not what I ordered, called and they said bring it back. My husband drives all the way out there (20 mins away) picks up the remake, drives home and IT’S WRONG AGAIN! Called back and complained! They offered nothing!! No apology, no “we’ll take money off”, NOTHING!! Only excuses! “It’s busy here on Friday nights, there’s a lot going on, blah blah” They should be ashamed of themselves! Totally disgusted and I will never go back! 😡😡😡😡😡
Giving a Huge shoutout to everyone here at the Liverpool restaurant for coming out and delivering us our yummy chicken Riggies and cheese raviolis at upstate hospital. Thanks again so much and great customer Service 🥰🥰
So so so grateful for our delicious dinner tonight...had some Francesca’s classic entrees and it brought my hubby and I back to our “Date Night” dinner dates. Thank you for bringing outstanding comfort food into our home during this stressful time and bringing joy to my whole family! ❤️
