My husband and I just sold our home AND purchased a new home (our honest DREAM, forever-home) here in Key West in only two months start-to-finish, thanks to Francesca Santiago and her team. Francesca proved to be very knowledgeable in regards to the intricacies of the local real estate market and associated procedures. She assisted us with selling our home, finding our next home, and even expediting the closing of the new home.
