The way they have things set up, customer that has approved a broker or carrier to haul the load, deposit goes directly through their site, bypassing FR8star account directly to broker/carrier account. They then take money out of their account for 20% of the load. This money goes directly to them for their site fees. If a customer chooses to back charge for say a discrepancy on the dimensions, customer gets the money back, and FR8star keeps their 20%. Now the broker has been charged at least 40%. All good. My load was delivered with no problems. The price was reasonable for the work required.
Fr8star was easy and accommodating. Great service and worked with my timetable.
You show a good face, and have a fast site ....however your system is very fast to process deposits.....and SLOW to get the product moved.......I am now at a week and the actual shipper keeps telling me we are close to securing a driver to move my John Deere 3039R tractor.......However even after paying a $300 deposit I have NOTHING yet to show for these hollow promises. All show and NO go !!!!!
Booking a shipper was very easy. FR8 sent us a lot of bids for us to choose from. They were very helpful and informative.
