The process was quick and easy. I had my trucking firm to move my tractor coast to coast by the end of the day. But the best part was walking through what to expect and how it all works with one of the staff, since I’ve never shipped something that big. Confirmed my shipping quote and the load was picked up the same day. Great service and response. Driver was prompt and kept in touch on the delivery.

I started to formulate my load prior to winning the action item I needed to move. I even added another item and received numerious quotes. Based upon the FR8 agent I accepted the low bind. after paying the 20% retainer, I awaited contact from the shipper . After several days with no contact, I called the FR8 agent only to learn the low bidder had withdrawn. I reminded the items had to be removed by a certain date. The website was really easy to navigate. The agent Mike was very helpful and made me understand mileage rates and unrealistic quotes I was getting from other companies
It was so easy to put in the load info (dimensions), pick up and drop off locations and desired timeframe. After that the site does all the work publishing the job available and even has an option to combine multiple loads to save on shipping. I will be using it more often for moving equipment. All shippers on the site are insured which is a great extra.
HYL logistics did an outstanding job! On time, keep me always updated, pollite, i cant say enough postive things about their service.
