******* at FR8Star helped me out some but the other company that shipped my machine just charged me more money every time I talked to them. *** at ******* **** Logistics don’t care about the customers. I’ve been texting and emailing back and forth since 7/23/2025 on an insurance claim because *** sent the wrong trailer, the machine fell off the trailer ripping a tractor lug off a tire. Tire cost $2500.00 and now today I was told nothing they can do. I will not be using ******* **** ever again, Not good people.
I worked with *********from FR8 specialist llc. He lied to me for 2 weeks about when my machine was getting picked up. Then they delivered the load with no ramps when ramps were required in the listing. I would stay away from this company.
The process was quick and easy. I had my trucking firm to move my tractor coast to coast by the end of the day. But the best part was walking through what to expect and how it all works with one of the staff, since I’ve never shipped something that big. Rr8star was exactly what I needed to get to a trucking firm for my move. Thanks !!
Confirmed my shipping quote and the load was picked up the same day. Great service and response. Driver was prompt and kept in touch on the delivery.

I started to formulate my load prior to winning the action item I needed to move. I even added another item and received numerious quotes. Based upon the FR8 agent I accepted the low bind. after paying the 20% retainer, I awaited contact from the shipper . After several days with no contact, I called the FR8 agent only to learn the low bidder had withdrawn. I reminded the items had to be removed by a certain date. The website was really easy to navigate. The agent Mike was very helpful and made me understand mileage rates and unrealistic quotes I was getting from other companies
