They did a good job for me. The trucking company was super organized, everything went through email and text.
Everything was great, my load was booked and all the quotes reflected the correct dimensions. After i booked this load and paid my deposit, they sent the wrong dimensions to the broker somehow. The first truck couldn't handle the tractor because it was a pickup truck and luckily, the guy I bought it from said something and refused to send it. Freight star rebooked the load and they sent a smaller (non-oversized) width out and booked a semi that didn't have oversized load permits so they declined to load it. Logan with freigh... read more
