It was so easy to put in the load info (dimensions), pick up and drop off locations and desired timeframe. After that the site does all the work publishing the job available and even has an option to combine multiple loads to save on shipping. I will be using it more often for moving equipment. All shippers on the site are insured which is a great extra.

This company made a mistake, and then charged me for it, and refused to refund me. I needed a shipping container moved from one location to another. Since the locations were both very remote, I punched in the closest cities that their online order form would allow me to punch in, but I let them know immediately that I would have to give them exact coordinates because there is no street address.
