FPI took over our complex after we had lived there for 3 years. They have successfully destroyed so many things we enjoyed in our community. The managers Courtney Tinajero and Ayrionna have had great joy in treating long term residents with passive aggressive and backhanded comments. Whenever why management took over earlier this year we have lived there for a year previously had great communication with the office no shootings no drama no fights but in the past five months since fpi management took over we have no communication with the office we have to slide our rent money under the door at the office I have to lay on the ground and slide my rent payment under the door because they do not have a drop box they will not take office visits and and communicate with anybody face-to-face they will not take ... read more

Every since this management company has taken over, it has been hell. You never get the same information from 2 people as if no one communicates. They intentionally hand out notices that are not only inaccurate, but they try to act on them. There has been at least 4 shootings since July including last weekend and 3 weeks prior in my parking lot. If you have an issue and complain, instead of fixing the issue, you become a target. I absolutely LOVE living in my apartment at Skyline Canyon! I first came across them when looking for a an apartment in Feb. 2019 before relocating from CA to Reno. I loved the property through pictures but it wasn't until April when I first stepped into what would be my new home. Tessa was incredibly engaging and easily welcomed me. Been at my apartment 3.5 years, was loving it and was planning to stay at least a few more years, Then FPI took over.. Will now be leaving as soon as the lease is up, or sooner!! On-site team are fantastic, let down by accounts who are inept and have some very dubious operating practices Such as: Check cashed a second time, 6 month after initially cashed and cleared Historical payments removed from ledger, amounts adjusted and new charges added to previous lease.
