Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Donna was a friend of my Mom so I assumed she would do good work. Boy was I wrong. She appeared to be very nice and concerned in the beginning but that all changed once the order was placed and she was paid. Very condescending, never returns phone calls and still has not finished my tiny little kitchen that she charged, sorry, stole $3,000 to put fake wood in. The absolute worst buying experience of my life. At first meeting, Donna is very personable. A different story after order was placed. Could never get a straight answer, phone calls were not returned, and she even moved from her shop with no notice. I just happened to stop in as she was preparing to move out. After that I had to be a detective to find out where my order was! Is there a lower rating than one star? She'd surely get it! Buyer beware.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No communication whatsoever. No accountability. Does not return phone calls. I dealt directly with the owner and my order was taking way beyond the expected time frame. I emailed her and she never responded. Then when the order did come in we set up a time for measuring. I told her that I worked so we had to be pretty exact on times. I waited 1 and 1/2 hours and they still did not show up. I left with no text update. We rescheduled and they showed up. Next step. I was amazed at the pricing, selection and hands-on service I received at Foyers and Beyond. Skip the big box stores like Lowes or Home Depot - better service, lower price AND better selection, right here in downtown Franklin! My new floors look amazing!

We are extremely happy with the floors that were installed... but getting to that point was an incredibly stressful process. The employee assigned to our business was not very nice, was difficult to get in touch with, and would not return our phone calls/messages. Setting up appointments was unnecessarily difficult... even the scheduling of the install itself wavered in the final week (after being scheduled weeks in advance) until we threatened to do a chargeback on the credit card.
