The woman who owns this place. Doesn't care about anyone but her self. I had my wedding party come in I made an apt. 3 weeks prior and she said she would have the necessary people in to accommodate us. We went in the day before my wedding(the day the apt. was for) they were packed and only had 3 people working. we were in there for 3 1/2 hours and I hadn't even gotten my nails done. she was chit chatting with employees and not even paying attention to my bridesmaids.
