Rude office staff!! I went in for a consultation and found them giving me this fake politeness and feeling they don’t have time to help with any questions. They are hard to schedule appointments too. Dr. Foxson was nice but I just can’t get over the way the staff treated me. I think they really donn’t care. I’m taking my business where I feel cared for.
My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. The Dr. was nice and helpful but the office staff was surprisingly rude when I asked some insurance questions. There were tow women who were inpatient and would interrupt me when I wanted to explain my concerns. They over charged me and it took seven months to get my refund check mailed to me.
In Feb 2021 Dr Foxsom placed an implant in my mouth. Upon returning home I discovered to my horror the implant was placed in the roof (pallet) of my mouth. I made several attempts to call and speak with the doctor but to no avail leaving me to demand an appt with him and that only came one week after my first phone call. I've visited Naperville Oral Surgery on two occasions to have teeth extracted and on another occasion to have a post implanted. I have been extremely happy with the work done by Dr. Foxson and the service provided by his staff. I had all procedures done under local anesthetic with nitrous oxide. I experienced only minimal pain and discomfort during the procedure and afterward. I especially appreciated that Dr. Foxson personally called the evenings of the procedures to see how I was doing. Great experience for my daughter with her wisdom teeth removal. No issues at all and great follow-up by the office and the doctor after the procedure. Highly recommend!
My experience with Dr. Foxson was wonderful for a recent extraction. Dr. Foxson has a very calming and reassuring demeanor and his surgical skills are excellent as evidenced by absolutely minimal discomfort, an easy recuperation and rapid healing. I give him my highest recommendation!!

The booking process for surgery was very easy and straightforward. His staff was very attentive and friendly. I had great outcomes after surgery, a surgery that I dreaded for almost 3 years.
