Referred here for molar pain. Informed $190 consult fee, shouldn’t have been since coming in for specific pain. Dentist redid referral- we could have walked in from street saying pain and wouldn’t have needed, but my dentist recommended! They claimed they never got email, I forwarded. Disregarded a patients refusal for a bone graft and refused to pull the teeth unless they agreed to the extra charge of 2,000.00 for a bone graft. Due to the fact the patient had an infection they were in desperate need of the wisdom teeth being pulled, so they were coerced into having the graft done against their choice. This is not over and a complaint will be filed.
Scheduled an early AM appointment, arrived 20 minutes prior. The door did not open until 2 minutes after scheduled appointment. Checked in promptly, was told to have a seat no other patients present. Continued to wait 27 minutes until requested to enter a patient room. During the 27 minutes I witnessed the enter staff walk behind closed doors and listen to a morning huddle and was able to hear detailed patient information for the days schedule. While Dr. Foxson and his behind the scenes surgical assistants seem to treat patients appropriately. The upfront administrative staff need a lesson in customer service. From the moment the door unlocks, which might I add does not happen until 746am. Until the moment they finally acknowledge your arrival. They are abrupt, condescending and down right rude. Dr. Foxson has seen my husband, daughter and son, everyone had great experiences. He was down to Earth, funny and answered all our questions about what to expect before and after surgery. We would gladly recommend him to anyone who needed oral surgery.
Clean facility, great staff and wonderful doctor. Would return in the future for any other oral surgery needs.
Amazing experience! Dr. Foxson is friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. The procedure went super smooth. I had my wisdom teeth removed and had no pain and minimal swelling. The staff is just as friendly and professional. I received clear instructions along the way and Dr. Foxson even called me the evening of my surgery to check on me! I can't say enough and highly recommend!
Dr. Foxson did an amazing job for my wisdom teeth surgery. I felt safe in the hands of him and his staff and appreciated the call from him later in the day to check in on me.
Horrible Beware of this arrogant quack. Billing practices are highly suspect.
