I'm really happy living here. It's peaceful and quiet. The maintenance people are great! The office staff have been friendly and helpful. So glad I found this place.
When something breaks, don't expect property management to relay a message of urgency to maintenance. If you're wondering how many days it takes to get your shower fixed? Three and counting.
My roof started leaking. They came out and looked outside. Its been 3 weeks and i keep bugging them about it and nothing... its bull... so when they dont get rent dont be mad!!!!! It smells and the hole is allowing cold air in and its bullshit im about to go to fox4!
Laundry prices are rediculously high, and machines are left broken for weeks on end. It's cheaper to pay for the gas to go to a near by laundry mat.
My boyfriend and I lived in the neighboring Forest Pointe town homes managed by the same people for a brief period while our new home was being built. The home owners association and property management team was pretty poor. Snow removal was very poor. Ice was never salted. There was a chronic problem with the amount of litter and dog feces around. I blame the feces and litter on the residents. They should take more pride in their community. Needless to say we couldn't have been more relieved to get out of there back to down... read more
The management is great! I have lived on the foxrun property, as well as on their sister property (still managed by the same foxrun people) and I have always been treated well! My husband and I are looking to move back to foxrun to save money, and the management is being SO kind and accommodating as always! We have never had a HUGE maintenance issue, but even our small ones have been dealt with in a timely manor. Shelley and Tammy are GREAT ladies to work with. The apartments are very spacious as well!
Lots of dogs and quite living, and close to US 87.
