Toured the property back in January of 2020 and the conditions were absolutely unacceptable. Laughable rent rates for their neglected, dated units. The state of the grounds and crumbling building were embarrassing - zero curb appeal. Addressed my concerns and the Leasing Agent was dismissive. Run as fast as you can!

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex or any apartment complex own by the Solomon group on my worst enemy. I was without hot water for about 5 days when my hot water tank started leaking, the replacement tank was too big for the closet so for two months the door was leaning up against the new tank. Then the pipes in my kitchen, hallway, and bathroom started leaking about a week after the hot water tank went bad. The water damage was so bad they had to put 4 2-3 feet holes in my ceiling. I love living here. The office staff, management, and maintenance people are TOP SHELF!! They go above and beyond!! Tammy and Dawn are simply just amazing people and are so eager to help in any way they can. It’s definitely a pleasure and it will continue to be one.
Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in..poorly run..management doesn’t care about any of their residents or any issues they have in the apartments..not sure if the one guy is still there but he would always watch the girls in the pool from the office.. I couldn’t wait until my lease was up!
