excellant staff and Dentists ,Do not put off coming to this office.
Everytime I go there every single person is always friendly, smiling, and laughing! I personally find this so important and refreshing when going to a dentist appointment.

I've been going to Fox Vally Dental for years. I would recommend them highly. It is a very professional office, but also one that cares. The ladies in the front office are very welcoming and Sue, the hygienist, has really gotten my teeth back into shape. Dr. Hornyak always has time to talk to you and I never feel rushed. 5 stars in my book.
Very informative, very compassionate towards my needs and attentive to detail.. Mary was very sweet and concerned with my dental health.
My sons and I have been patients of Dr. Hornyak for about 10 years. Even though we no longer live in Crystal Lake, we wouldn't consider seeing anyone else!! Liz at the front desk is very friendly and efficient, and all of his hygenists are highly skilled and great at putting people at ease. The office is very, very clean and comfortable and Dr. Hornyak is the best!! He's a great dentist and has a wonderful "chairside manner." It was my 4 yr olds 1st time visit and they made it very easy and Fun, A great experience for him and myself.
The hygenists & Dr. Zuck are always so pleasant and professional every time we come in for a cleaning / checkup. My husband and I even look forward to coming to the dentist. Dr. Zuck's office is fitted with the latest technology in the dentistry field and we walk out of there every time with out mouths feeling sparkling clean & fresh.
