I am probably on the top of the list for people with the highest level of anxiety and fear when it comes to dentist appts. Dr. Zuck and her assistant are just THE best. Dr. Zuck made my crown experience SO very easy - She took excellent care with the novacaine injection waiting to give me more after I was completely numb. They always make sure they have the most updated equipment to make the procedures more comfortable, painless and quick for the patient's benefit. My appointment was with Tina as my hygienist and Dr. Zuck as my dentist. Both of them, as previously, were very personable, professional and friendly. They are the kind of people that make you want to go to the dentist! :) Keep up the good work!
Staff very attentive and professional
i had a very enjoyable experience at the dentist. i'm very thankful to have found this office. the hygenists are always so great. dr. Tami too!
I don't like having dental work done on my teeth. However, it is always a good experience (or at least as good as can be expected) with Dr. Zuck. She's very reassuring and willing to accomodate my fears. Plus she is familiar with treating patients on chemo. Which adds to my comfort in the chair.
As always, on-time, efficient, and great staff!
It is hard to imagine a stress free dental visit, but that has been my experience with Fox Valley Dental. My hygenist, Tina, is funny and has such a gentle touch that the visit is completely stress free. Dr. Zuck and the rest of the staff are wonderful as well. Scheduling is easy and the office is clean and modern.
Staff is very friendly and always good service.
