The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to explain the how's and why's related to my visit, answering all questions very thoroughly.
One of the things that I appreciate about Fox Valley Dental is the communication skills that they provide during a dental procedure. Whether it's a crown being put in or a routine cleaning the staff does a good job communicating the progress of a procedure. This helps you ( the patient) be aware of what is happening during a dental procedure.

Had a great cleaning with Lulu at Fox Valley Dental! She was gentle and had a lot of knowledge of procedures that I was considering. Glad she is with the practice now.
