Fox valley dental called me to reschedule an appointment I made 6 months in advance. I was ok with it even though they had to schedule it for a month later. When I showed up for my rescheduled appointment they didn't even have me on their schedule. I drive over a half hour to go there and they didn't care that they screwed up. Very poor customer service. They do not care about their patient that have been going to them for a long time. Very disappointed.
