The best service team - period. Always honest, courteous, and most importantly they do quality work. I'm on my second VW from this dealership, and I'll be back for a third.
Took in my Jetta for an inspection and to have the radio reprogrammed. It took over 5 hours and I tried multiple times to call and check on the status with no response. When I brought up my concern I was lectured on how an appointment did not mean they would start on my car at the set time. Will not be returning.
I had a few things I was concerned about with my 2012 VW Tiguan. I didn't have an appointment but I drove there anyway since I wasn't that far away. They took my car right in, checked on the issues, fixed it and got me out for my appointment I had to be at by 12:00pm!! Awesome service and would highly recommend them!
Amazing buying experience at Fox Valley Volkswagen. Our salesman, Alex was knowledgeable of the product. He gave us the facts we needed to make a decision without the hard sell that some salesman inflict on customers. The finance portion of the sale was a breeze and Fabian was great to work with. Test drove the car, sat and talked about finance options, signed sealed and delivered in 1 hour 45 minutes! Now that's a way to purchase a car. I'd recommend FV Volkswagen to everyone I know!!!
I love Fox Valley!! They got me my dream van at a good price certified for 2 years. Would recommend to everyone I know looking for a vehicle.
