RecommendedI have been coming here for warranty work for a couple years now. As a woman it’s hard to walk into any type of mechanic and not be treated well or treated differently. Hands down I have never felt that here. Everyone has taken time to explain what is going on and has treated me with nothing but respect. If I ever need something from Volkswagen or decide to buy a new car I will never hesitate to come here.
Sales people ok Finance managers good . But service garbage. Had problems with tires 7000 miles they took a car and did not find anything on 11000 miles tire split . I had to put new tires cause it happened in Nebraska and in radius 30miles no VW dealership when I got back took it to fox valey service. They took tire they promise me to take care it took two months. They agree that tire is bad and they only cover $46 dollars . So they try to get is much is they can from clients but not warranty. First off, I would say that Alex Wysocki, the salesman I worked with was great. So if you do choose to go there, ask for Alex. However, I will not be purchasing again from this dealership and I would not recommend. There were several miscommunications and process issues I worked on with the finance manager and then escalated to the general manager. I bought 6 cars here and the service and attention is always the same great people awesome cars and great service department always fix the car right I highly recommend fox valley Volkswagen. Ps. My lease is up in 4 months can’t wait for the 2020 Tiguan
Worse experience ever! Got a car February 2018 roughly 14 months ago. It has been in the shop about 4 months total. Never fixed the satisfaction. Something additional wrong each time. Service manager Ken 100% unprofessional. Has returned my car to me on empty more than once. Yet they have very firm outrageous gas rules on their loaners
I've taken my car there twice and both times I received my car back in worse shape than when it went in, I was also insulted by used car manager,and I didn't even get a sorry or apology.

i purchased my 2009 Audi Q7 in November from this dealership. After taking it to an Audi dealership i found out how much the salesman lied about history of vehicle. Also after getting a quote for $3000 of repairs from Audi, i am thoroughly disgusted with this dealerships service. The issues should have been caught at the dealer and weren't. I will NEVER recommend any one to go to this dealership.
