The process of buying a new vehicle was much better at Fox Valley VW St. Charles, then at the other dealers I had to deal with while checking out new cars. This was mainly due to Mario Hernandez my sales guy. Just plain down to earth with no spam. I highly suggest and refer anyone looking for fair and honest people to buy a car from to stop in an ask for Mario...I rate him 100%. Carl

We've had great experience with Fox Valley VW.. We purchased 2 VWs and my parents also ended up buying one as well. Sales staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and they really went out the their way to find the exact car I was looking for, model, trim, and color, twice! They went out of state both times to acquire the car.
I want to start off by saying that I’ve had a great experience at FVVW. I purchased a 2014 Jetta and I love it! The staff is so nice and respectful. I went to other dealers prior to FVVW and I could say that those had a lack of customer service. When I got to FVVW, Fernando was the one who helped me and he was fantastic.
