Just bought my first Subaru. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service and attention to detail Quinn R. provided. All in all, including the Business Manager Joe C., it was the best experience I have had buying a new car.
I went in to get my mother’s oil change and since you are the only Subaru dealer in town I am kind of forced to go to you. I was hesitant when I first arrived as it was only express service for oil change, not a full service appointment like I’m use to. So I accepted it but turned out that the lady who did the oil change was wonderful and they didn’t gouge me on the little things like filters and such. So I left happier than I thought I would have. See you in 6 months for the next oil change.
Everyone has an up front, honest, no pressure approach which is more valuable than I can express. Right down to the sense of urgency when entering the building, every detail and customer need is addressed before you realized it needed attention. This was my second lease with Andrew, looking forward to more, thank you!
Pam Bradley went over and beyond with awesome customer service! It was a pleasure working with her on making my dreams a reality with my new/used Outback! Thank you Pam!!
