techs using impacts on wheels, no torque limiting tools used. not impressed. techs don't seem qualified to do their jobs as all. refuse to properly do recalls. don't buy here, don't bring your car here. your better off going to your local Subaru guy to get your work done.
I have had a horrible time getting one of my subaru's fixed. One has a known manufacturer defect that the manufacturer and fox Subaru is not willing to help with. :(

I came back to Fox Subaru to specifically work with Jim Van Otteren after working with him to purchase a couple of Subaru's for my family in the past. He has always been quick to respond and work with you to find a car that's the best fit for your needs.
